Hello, I'm Marcello. I've spent more than two decades immersing myself in the travel and leisure industry, thriving as a serial entrepreneur, strategic advisor, and CEO. My passion propelled me to launch my first luxury conglomerate company. From Italy, we developed the company across Europe and the Middle East, rapidly growing our team to 400 within three years.

My career has been marked by my knack for identifying growth opportunities and using technology to drive transformation. In the culturally diverse and vibrant GCC markets, this approach has been invaluable.

Before my entrepreneurial journey, I honed my strategic skills as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, working on projects spanning travel, energy, and finance. Later, I founded Dare Associates, a boutique consultancy focused on empowering Italian SMEs through growth and digitalization.

Now, I am excited to introduce Leveredge. My latest initiative, it aims to empower governments and entrepreneurs in the GCC, in particular aiding in the realization of Saudi Vision 2030. By harnessing my years of expertise and deep market knowledge, Leveredge aims to accelerate growth and foster digital transformation.
